In 2010, three guys had an idea to serve the masses delicious food out of an old USPS truck. In 2011, after months of building the vehicle and mastering the recipes, PORC hit the road.  In 2012, the same three guys are on the road slinging delicious barbecue and weekly specials. In 2013, they plan on taking a weekend off.
